Mentorship
The Western Fair Association, through the AgRobotics Working Group, is seeking interested start-ups, or early-stage Ontario companies, to receive free mentorship support provided by RHA Ventures.
There are two types of mentorship support available:
Mentorship guidance: This program provides up to 10 hours of one-on-one industry guidance with an RHA ventures staff and the selected mentee. This program is ideal for companies that are looking for an overview of the AgRobotics industry landscape and connections, but have strong financial, marketing, and business acumen. 5 opportunities per intake.
Mentorship in-depth support: This program provides up to 100 hours of one-on-one industry guidance with an RHA ventures staff and the selected mentee over a 6-month period. This program is ideal for companies that are evaluating a business issue, or new opportunity, and need further financial, marketing, and industry support. This mentorship will include a deep-dive into company financials, cash flows, corporate governance, marketing plans, etc.
